I have done many refresher courses over the years and this one was by far the best I have attended the trainer mark was exceptional the way that he delivered his training to us I really enjoyed it
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Learning was interesting, theoretical and practical.
Very encouraging examples to help with understanding and consolidation.
Excellent course, kept to topic and examples used were all relevant - thank you!
Great course, well presented. He had excellent subject knowledge and great rapport with the group
Testing individuals using different scenarios and more practical work would have tested our knowledge better, I believe.
