Kept us awake which is half the battle - was very good
Wonderful positive experience that was well worth it. Lots of information covered but in depth and in an engaging and understandable way. Trainer John O' Hanlon was absolutely amazing and was so knowledgeable and approachable.
Trainer was very approachable and friendly. She was very knowledgeable on the subject and able to relate the information to the residents we work with
