Eamon showed a depth of knowledge on the course and his personal experiences of providing first aid and was able to give great insights into treatment for a variety of casualty scenarios. Course was easy to participate in with dummy scenarios and provided materials are very helpful.
Course would have benefitted from some practical content on how to deal with difficult people.
Very good refresher course, good to get these kind of courses possible every couple of years excellent
