Throughly enjoyed the course and Julie's knowledge was excellent

Very useful. Opening up conversation, i learned alot that i hadn't considered before, even from my work colleagues.

The course was very informative, and puts it into perspective how to deal with complex issues from the managers point of view. Julie breaks it down very well and makes for the most part which is considered a grey area quite black and white.
