She also provided numerous opportunities to carry out practical activities and created a comfortable environment for us to carry out practical demonstrations.

John, was a fantastic trainer! Plenty of visual and practical demonstrations. Along with sharing past experiences. John has a wonderful way of simplifying first aid. Really enjoyed this training and hope he delivers future training. Bonus with his funny sense of humour.
