Very satisfied with service and Venue. My Trainer John was very detailed and just kept the classes so interesting and make me leave class feeling very reassured that I would be able to assist or practice First Aid with confidence, respect and care. I am very happy with this course and the way things were explained ao thouroughly especially because English is not my first Language, John has the ability of teaching to make you fully understand, learn and retain the information he is giving.

John was very good explaining everything to us and making sure we all done it right.10/10
