Lisa a was an excellent instructor, demonstrating a deep understanding of the subject matter and a wealth of real-world experience. She skillfully brought the course content to life through engaging discussions and relatable examples, which made complex topics more accessible and meaningful. Despite the course being content-heavy, Lisa ensured it never felt overwhelming. Rather than relying on a slide-heavy approach, she used a conversational and interactive style, guiding discussions and then effectively summarising key points using the slides. This made the session both informative and engaging, striking the right balance between theory and practical application.
