I was extremely satisfied with the content and delivery of the course.
Has to been done , but was better experience that expected
Firstly, I wish to say, I enjoyed this course and will hopefully try, your Occupational Health and Safety course next. I also wish to say the tutor Mark was excellent and very engaging after the the first two nights which were the heavy lifting theory bits I felt a little overwhelmed by the Open Book Exam. I hope I have done enough to pass it, but I am nervous as I don't know how it is marked. While I put a lot of work into the course and indeed the exam, I simply don't know if my answers an referencing are right. My expectation going into the exam from both tutors we had,was it would take circa 6 - 8 hours. I believe it took me almost 16 I am also really nervous about the Risk Assessment. The thought of it having to be completely right first time, is stressful

The course was very information packed but it was relayed well. It was also very interactive and engaging.
