Our trainer John was very easy to listen to, very informative and made training enjoyable.

John had a great depth of knowledge and experience as a first aider so gave extremely clear instructions during all 3 days. Very informative and he was very organised with practicals and slides. Will definitely recommend to my team.

Strongly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn first aid. The trainer was amazing getting all information across. He really made sure that everyone understood what was being said, and shown what was being said before moving on. After the 3 days, I definitely feel like if there was a casualty, I would know how to apply my role as a first aider. If I was ever to do this course again, I would hope to have the same trainer.
