Mark was very professional and well-experienced in the subject matter to teach it, he tackled many difficult topics with respect and delivered all materials well

Good training to provide an understanding of the role of MHFA and mental health concerns in general

personally I sat this course before but this was far easier for me to grasp and understand in the way mark had instructed it

I felt Mark put us all at ease to talk about difficult subjects - I could imagine being very comfortable talking to Mark if he was a First Aider within our company so I felt I was able to take away some very useful skills.
