John made this three day experience extremely enjoyable, the pace was very good. John explained everything thoroughly and applied the vast majority of the content to real life examples/scenarios which furthered understanding. John was happy to answer all questions and did so with a confident approach. John was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the course. Overall, I would highly recommend.
