Great course learned a lot of new things

I think the instructor made the difference. It was quite intimidating being the only women here but the instructor made me feel comfortable. This really helped with the overall experiences

The teacher was very nice and respectful telling us about his time at work and talking about health and safety

Lack of parking

Very happy with course

The trainer was excellent & very engaging. I was supposed to take the course last month & Dympna phoned when I was on my way 15 minutes late to say someone else had taken my place so I wouldn't recommend health matters or venue. Very poor attitude to normal lifestyle issues that arise.

I particularly liked the practical element of the course as it helped me process what to do better than just listening or reading the booklet.
