I thoroughly enjoyed this training and felt more confident in my ability to apply my training should the situation arise. The trainer was extremely experienced and well informed of current practice, providing appropriate suggestions to enhance current practice in my place of work.

Excellent training and facilitator. Tony did an brilliant job engaging everyone, building confidence, knowledge and linking to real life situations. New guidance was clearly explained and the pace was spot on.

Excellent course and trainer. Only criticism was the chairs we sat in was so uncomfortable I had to stand several times due to dead bump and legs. Also some warning that parking comes at a cost of £4.50 across the road.
