Really enjoyed the course. It was good to do some practicals. Chat about different scenarios and how to treat or deal them. It was very useful to learn about the defibrillator and how it works.

Mark was very professional and well-experienced in the subject matter to teach it, he tackled many difficult topics with respect and delivered all materials well

Good training to provide an understanding of the role of MHFA and mental health concerns in general

personally I sat this course before but this was far easier for me to grasp and understand in the way mark had instructed it
