Very good, probably needed more time as an extensive subject but appreciate time constraints.

Maybe more time for questions as some people will be generally worried about dealing with these issues at work

John was a great teacher! Very easy to listen to & has a great understanding of what he is teaching. It’s not like reading from a textbook & instead VERY informative. A real gentleman!
