Richard is an excellent teacher. Great variety of teaching methods - hands on, verbal, videos etc. He works the job so he knows his stuff, and has some wonderful stories. I thoroughly enjoyed!

Brilliant atmosphere in class

Best first aid course I’ve been to. John made it fun yet very interesting and I’ve left feeling a lot more confident with first aid than I’ve ever been. The venue was excellent and very central to shops for lunch and breaks, the only downside being the parking. Excellent overall though
