John was a Knowledgable trainer with real world experience
The organizer failed to allowed us in 40min to the start of the training keeping us outside in the cold
Course was well run and informative gave us the chance to ask questions and answer all of his questions also gave us book we could read in our own time
Well presented informative and answered all questions put to him also encouraged us to speak up
Venue could have been grat but technical issues let it down badly
The course could be shortened to make it more engaging, the overall day is very long.
