Very well designed format

Very well structured and presented course. Lots of opportunity to participate and contribute.

Kept interest all day and was informative

Course was fine no issues

Quite slow, the full text of the SOS user guide was read out which was unnecessary. Should definitely be a half day course. Trainer was mostly just reading from the screen

Trainer mostly read from slides could have been down online

Covered all relevant areas
