I thought the course was excellently delivered by John who made all participants feel at ease throughout the training. It can be daunting having to practice the practical elements but John addressed any issues calmly and guided learners through. He was very knowledgeable and shared practical examples of use of first aid in day to day life which were relatable for everyone.
