John was funny, personable and spoke from experience when delivering well-paced, thorough training. I loved how practical it was, whilst also being rooted in theory and best practice. This training course is the best professional development course I have ever attended- I was apprehensive beforehand as First Aid is a big responsibility to take on, but John made me feel confident and ready to administer First Aid at work.
