David, the lecturer was explaining the points well. There were a good amount of breaks. The seating arrangement was alright, my neck hurt.

Enjoyed more inparticular the group engagement activities, getting opinions etc. Maybe in terms of more expeirience, would a role play situation to a conversation maybe give me a bit of first hand help to prepare for these sorts of chats
