John was excellent at our first aid training. He made it very simple, kept us interested and was very calm, reassuring and gave us great confidence in going back to deliver first aid in schools with all the necessary knowledge. Excellent personality and engagement with all trainees.

Continuous assessment is helpful as takes pressure off end of course.

I just completed a moving and handling of people, and it was fantastic! The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, making complex concepts easy to understand. The hands-on practice helped reinforce the techniques, and I feel much more confident in my ability to handle tasks safely and efficiently. Highly recommend it to others!
