Course had a lot of content covered, and a lot of useful engagement. However could be condensed and take place over a shorter period of time in my opinion.

The material could have been covered in a shorter time frame.

Lisa was fantastic in taking the course. A great mixture of some light heartedness, along with a side of seriousness and professionalism. Would absolutely recommend anyone to take the course, really opens your eyes to the difference between mental health, and mental ill health which are often used in the same way.

The course was excellent, great content will be recommending to Terex for our upcoming roll out. Only improvement is more regular breaks even 3 minutes to get up every hour and get off the seat.
