Very good course which was taught very well

Excellent course with lovely people however Paul was thrown off his presentation when a 13th person arrived which was one too many. Took about an hour for this to be resolved which was embarrassing and stressful for Paul to resolve when there was no signal or Wi-Fi in the building. Plus when he walked outside to get signal he was locked out as there was no staff at the door to let him in and we were far away! Just spoiled his day. We all felt for Paul. More staff needed.
