Very, very unimpressed with support on the 0800 number, namely Erin and Katie. I set up to try and join the course at 8.55am, fully aware that the course started at 9.15am. My joining instruction email had been automatically deleted by Google mail and I had tried everything I thought I had in my armoury to try and get on the course, ie calling colleagues on the same course, going through TAP, calling my training department etc with no success. I then googled Goldtaps contact details (as I didn't naturally have them) and called the 0800 number. I was met by two different people telling me that the course started at 9.15!!!!!!! It was by now 9.20 and despite me explaining the situation, they had very much a computer says no attitude and told me, that I needed to book onto another day. I was by now beyond frustrated and very much unsure what to do. Luckily my colleague who had not originally answered his phone, called me, sent me the joining instruction email and the trainer very kindly let me join the course!!!!

Is this something that couldn’t be done at sites? Felt more like Thames water introduction and induction at times.

Great, thank you. Murder Mystery and picture perceptions were good, showing how different people see things differently.
