It was an amazing experience being able to learn the importance of safety and to also learn how involve thames water are in our day to day living. Instructor was awesome with deliver everything was easy to digest

The delivery speech was brilliant . Explain and elaborate everything
The course contents were fine, but the method of delivery could have been better. Despite the trainer asking attendees to mute their microphones, some didn't which interrupted some of the videos and talking sessions. A platform where the trainer can mute attendees would have avoided these issues.
