I was very satisfied with the “Thames Water Passport” course. The content was clearly structured and easy to understand, and the information provided was relevant and useful for practical work. The trainer explained each topic very well and was open to questions, offering clear examples that helped improve understanding of the material. The overall atmosphere was professional and friendly. I believe this course has improved my knowledge and confidence in applying procedures on site. I would recommend this training to other colleagues.

Very good delivery of course

I’m a mobile engineer and I’ve never had to visit a Thames water site so I’m a little unsure as to why I have had to participate. But that being said the trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very useful and informative course. Had a few issues with some of the videos, but the instructor handled it well by just explaining what the video was about.

Very knowledgeable and in depth, very inclusive aswell. All aspects covered and were understandable
