Dissapointing to see the majority of the videos, interviews, images were Male. Only images of women were behind a computer in an office setting. This isn't representative, nor supportive of diverse working

Great course , great trainer :)

Much of the material was out of date or very old. Whole course needs refreshing. Trainers internet connection was poor, so videos were pixelated and lagging, massively impacting how the content came across to the delegates. Rachel was good. She could get a better webcam set up as video quality and positioning was poor.
