Very good training day. Definitely not the worst I have been too. But on the confirmation email, it was stated that lunch would be provided but never was. Maybe if you aren't providing lunch to actually not put that in there

The pace was well-judged—fast enough to keep momentum, but patient when concepts needed further explanation. The use of real-world examples helped bridge the gap between theory and on-site application. Overall, Rachel created a focused learning environment and represented Thames Water’s standards well. Would highly recommend her sessions for any teams needing clear, actionable training.
