Really easy to follow she gave us chances to ask questions and was very clear and really knowledgeable fantastic trainer
Very good but very general. We arrive on site to meet someone, which is probably quite common. Could have done with instruction on what we should expect from Thames operative as we arrive on site and how to avoid someone tailgating us onto site for example.
Rachel was a brilliant trainer and explained everything very clearly and knows her stuff, top notch trainer, thank you so much
