Great delivery, felt having more time would be beneficial
Liane was an engaging and interesting presenter. She struck the right balance between the knowledge/experience of the trainees and making the experience challenging and realistic.
We did provide documents before the course which were then asked for again in the session (therefore didnt seem to be reviewed), for example a redacted investigation report and decision letter
The course provided as a refresher in certain aspects. I have gained knowledge on how to interview as a second interviewer, which is very helpful in my role.
Very interesting. Some things are very relevant in relation to information that is available. However, a lot relevant for me to actually be able to carry out in my work. I would not be allowed to carry out a lot of what was shown in my role.
Excellent course. The practical application of what had been discussed was very useful.
On line so inevitably compared to classroom I did last time. Some limitations since less easy to chat get to know people a bit But still a good course especially for novices
Very interesting, information was general but packaged in a way which supported the discussion
excellent training - only change would be more case studies and more specific to my role in housing
