This was an outstanding training. Francesca kept the group engaged and interested throughout the sessions. Francesca also enabled a safe and comfortable space for asking questions. I truly feel more confident in my ability within the court arena and throughout care proceedings which will hopefully ensure better standards, outcomes and timescales for the children I support.
