It was a very useful course, I feel like I have lots of tips and methods to practice going forward. It was a really safe space to share experiences and it was really nice to chat with colleagues in the break out rooms and realise we all have similar gripes and stresses.

Engaging and helpful. We covered some very sensitive topics and this was handled with grace and care.

The course was very tiresome as it was mainly slides, there was no interactive element and it was read to us with non relevant examples being given.
