Very informative and interactive.

Really enjoyed this and appreciated the time to reflect on my own comms skills - the content itself wasn't new to me, but I valued the opportunity for reflection and conversation. Paul was very convivial, engaging and friendly - the onus was on thinking, talking and not on motoring through Powerpoints which was a real blessing.

This was an interesting day broken upwith great interactive elements. Pat clearly has a lot of knowledge and expertise and it was great that he used case studies and realscenrios to augment learning.
