Very engaging course

Geraint was very good at highlighting the importance of details and ways of recording notes, with relatable explanations throughout. Very well structured course.

It is a well co-ordinated, well resourced course with substantial and well thought through course materials. I am very pleased to be part of it and my only observation would be that face to face would be preferable over the 5 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was interesting and relevant to my work. I’ve come away with lots of information and knowledge, I only knocked a point off the above question because I feel like I need to practice putting the skills into practice.

Course would be beneficial to people at a basic level, wanted to go more in depth as already had a degree of knowledge

The course gave me a better understanding of how to deal with different personalities and taught me how to be assertive and confident in both my private life and on the job. I also, learnt that it is best to establish a relationship before you start the negotions.

Overall good and insightful content

Very informative session. The trainer was really nice and supportive. Got to learn a number of skills and characteristics related to negotiation to apply in my daily life.

This course was superb. The content was relevant, interesting and presented in a way which was easy to follow. The trainer was personable, spoke clearly and concise.

Very interesting course. Lots of information I would like to look at further - personality types, confidence spectrum, social styles. The skills can be used in both professional and personal life.
