This course was designed for a mix group of people but the content was useful to all even as a refresher to more seasoned clinicians. A good reminder of the focus of reports and also how to prepare for cross examination and questioning which could be translated into any forum. Technical difficulties were no fault of Solon but did make it more difficult and something for us to reflect on with limited financial resources.
I just took what was relevant to my profile as an in-house investigator.

I was told I needed to do the 3 e learning modules and the three hour face to frace. I think it is one or the other as both are a complete duplicate
I have really enjoyed the course and content and felt that our trainer Francesca was brilliant, very knowledgeable and experienced. There were a couple of activities where I needed further explanation of the task at hand but we were already in a breakout room and no one else really knew what the task was either, so just some clarity before going into groups would have been beneficial. Thank you for allowing plenty of time to read and digest the Family X case study as I felt that I could really pick apart the report and respond thoroughly. I am looking forward to help facilitate some restorative safeguarding supervision. It was fascinating hearing other people's experiences in the different areas of work within the NHS.
Enjoyed the 2 days. Facilitator knowledgeable. Good case histories which gave good context into the subject matter. A nice mix of people and so gave insight into others roles. Lots of technical issues at the beginning of the 1st day (day 3) and then frequently issues with tech that day, slides not loading, having to be resent link. Recognise not trainers fault but very frustrating. Wasn't always sure the task when sent to break out but overall a god opportunity to explore issues in a smaller group.
I was hoping for more safeguarding relevant models and tools.
