fantastic- lots crammed into a half day session, all flowed and retained interest. i would have appreciated this over a whole day as it would have given ore time for interaction with te other candidates and tutor, and more reflective time and response after each segment.
John was a brilliant trainer, had all the knowledge and experience to back his delivery.
