Really enjoyed the course, Tim made it informative but fun at the same time. His wealth of knowledge and experience really shows, he is able to apply his skill set to a mixed class room of officers working at different levels.

I really enjoyed this course, there was role play and scenario based exercises which made it engaging. Tim was also really engaging throughout and answered all question thourghly with examples to help people of different abilities to understand.

Good course around interviewing techniques. It would have been more beneficial if the role play was done in smaller groups so everyone could have a go instead of two people and everyone watching.

This training was dragging. Low sound and was feeling sleepy. Not much interactive. I am not finding Sola as a good trainer

The course was very valuable and relevant to my line of work as an Animal Health Officer. Ren was so knowledgeable and informative, and has a natural way of delivering detailed information in an easy to understand format.
