I expected to be bored out of my mind with the Civil Law and Procedures module, but to my utter pleasant surprise Fay made it interesting and fascinating! Yes there is a lot of information to digest in two days but it is very clearly and succintly conveyed by Fay!

I have really enjoyed this course. It kept my interest for 2 full days, which surprised me! I recommend Bond Solon courses to every other Expert Witness I meet.

A mixture of cases to demonstrate both commercial and medicolegal cases would have been better. Course exercise with a medicolegal case would have been good. including some videos of real time cases where experts made errors or did not follow procedures would have highlighted those key obligations.
