Kelly has given an excellent training session, she was engaging, very knowledgeable and factored in the subject matter for each person relating to their background. I felt at ease and she was very welcoming
Ray is a great trainer and I appreciate his understanding as I had technical difficulties with my audio. He has extensive knowledge and his ease of explaining the course helped me a lot. I hope to enrol for further courses and meet Ray again.
A very enjoyable and informative course. The trainer delivered the course in a way that was relatable to my job role.
Very knowledgable trainer very good at keeping it interesting
very good course, trainer very knowledgeable and made the content relevant to the our job role
Good refresher for me, reminding me of some of the potential pitfalls for my team
Spot on trainer delivered the course brilliantly Made learning a pleasure
This was extremely informative, valuable and allowed for lots of discussions. The number of participants was good, the pace and breaks were well planned, and the material sent ahead of the sessions very good too. However, save for the breaks, almost 7 hours on TEAMs in the same meeting, staring at a screen was difficult.
