This was a really excellent course with plenty of interaction and lots of useful tips shared.
Brilliant training session and certainly lots to reflect and think about. Less daunted to go to court!
Excellent course, good mixture of methods. Knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I had trouble with the breakout room (I could not unmute or see the others, the screen froze before kicking me out). Perhaps you can suggest everyone taking themselves off mute and opening case studies before joining breakout rooms - then everyone can read the case and hear each other (split screen didn't work). Very impressed with role play quality
really enjoyed, the tutor was very personable, very engaging and made looking at legislation and interpretation of reports etc far less intimidating.
