As a new joiner to HCPC, the course provided me with a good insight into best practice when dealing with and responding to complaints. Prior to the course, my previous role required me respond to many complaints from prisoners, however there was no training on how to do this. As a result, i obtained my training whilst on the job from the many that was received. This was a good insight into the standard that we should be doing.

Thought it was very interactive, plenty of discussions which I found beneficial, lots of anecdotes which always make an input better. Found it very informative and helpful.
