Kelly was great- really engaging and explained everything really clearly

I really enjoyed this course. I have to be honest and say I was dreading it to begin with, as I thought it would be a very long day listening to the trainer on screen. This definitely wasn't the case - it was great!! The trainer presented the course brilliantly with plenty of interaction throughout the day including break out rooms etc. Thank you very much.

A very good course that gives a professional insight to detail in regards to courts and giving evidence but also the detail you need to include. And the importance of knowing your powers and procedures.

Excellent trainer, Colin was very knowledgeable and was conscious of everyone's varying experience levels It's a dry subject not going to lie but Colin made sure it was still engaging and understandable, and the importance of it was definitely conveyed.

Despite my previous experience I have really enjoyed this course. I believe Jim has aimed it at the correct level for those with little or no previous experience and those very experienced. His manner, approach and tone kept everyone engaged throughout the 2 days. It has been a great refresher with some areas new to me and updates that are very relevant.
