Great trainer. Exactly what we wanted. Understood the LA role and had researched. Used great examples and explained everything at the correct level. Very engaging.

Really interesting as this is something that is so important in my role. We do this all day every day and this was a great refresher to reiterate and use the knowledge i had whilst giving me reassurance that the knowledge i will share in my teachings following this will be useful
