the role play at the end really helped to bring all of the learning together
I really enjoyed this course. I thought the content was instructive, informative, thought-provoking and highlighted areas that I need to work on. It was gratifying to find areas where my knowledge was correct but also good to actually learn new skills.
Really enjoyable course and very valuable to my role. Ren is really engaging and keeps the course interesting. Nice balance of break out sessions. The exercise with the statement was really useful and will definitely make me approach statement writing differently
Really good session - clear and very helpful for us. Great presenter. Thanks
A really good course thank you. Not enough time but its a massive area and full of potential pitfalls. It raised awareness which was really useful and the guides and examples will be a good reference in the future
