This is one of the better courses (both internal and external ones) that I have been on. The trainers kept me engaged throughout and delivered at the right level and pace.

The knowledge and experience shared were of the highest quality, thoughtfully adapted to the DWP context while still retaining the full depth and relevance of the material. I do not believe two more capable or well-qualified facilitators could have been chosen to guide this learning. I really enjoyed this course. It was engaging, relevant, the discussions and examples helped bring the leadership aspects to life, and I’ve come away feeling more confident in my role and decision‑making. I really gained from the section on legislation and the different Acts. I learnt a lot about how these should guide our decision‑making and be clearly reflected in our policies and procedures.

I really enjoyed the session, i didn't receive the course material beforehand but i should ahve followed up on that before. Great way of teaching with breakout rooms and changing rooms each time, so getting to hear about everyones experience.
