Jim had a great teaching style and made sure the information was embedded. The course materials need reviewing as there were some discrepencies between trainers / delegates case study

The second part of the course was fantastic. Geraint was an excellent trainer and had relevant stories and experience to bring the subject alive. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of a cross examination from him - he is very good!!! Overall in general, as I said on my last feedback, the material provided lacked the finesse I have previously experienced from Bond Solon.

James was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made the course engaging and tailored it to our roles and organisations. I like how there were lots of breakout rooms and opportunities for us to voice our opinions and exchange ideas. I learnt a lot about the art of negotiation, the theory behind it, and the social psychology of humans.
