The course was over 2 days and the second day related to evidence and court- of which I have a lot of experience, though it was interesting. As stated by others it would have been useful to have the training before going to court. The first day covered the legal framework for safeguarding- I am new to the named doctor role and as yet haven't had much experience with the role. I still need to do a lot of reading and improve my understanding of the laws/ acts governing safeguarding

Relevant but not quite appropriate for private providers

It would be beneficial for Bond Solon to work along side trainers in the Insolvency Service to develop a programme to incorporate their knowledge but also include elements of our work as it was difficult at times to understand the relevance or how it would fit in our roles, especially as they focus on criminal interviews.

Really useful session especially with the opportunity to use real life reports from within the organisation to critique and hearing other colleagues feedback and interpretations.

It was really in depth training that got everyone involved. The presenter was warm and welcoming and responded to questions excellently.

It was a good overall course on interviewing techniques but more relevant examples to our insolvency work would have been appreciated. The lack of printed materials on this and other courses was also an issue as the venues don't have sufficient sockets for everyone to plug in their computer. My laptop computer is unable to go a full day without charge.
