Very good and really enjoyed it. Feel more capable and prepared as a result of the training
Good opportunity to put learning into a realistic exercise
Really good interactive day , that was tailored to CIW policy and process whee needed which was great. Online training can be difficult but the break out rooms and group-discussion made it interesting and easy to engage. Useful exercises and will use going forward.
The knowledge of the trainer was vast and very interesting.
Really interesting training course and has me re-evaluate when dealing with complaints. Enjoyed listening to the stories/examples from the trainer and made the session interesting
Great course, great trainer, really enjoyable
