Great course! Very valuable and relevant to my role. Certainly has made me think about what I need to do better as well as confirm some of the things I have been doing correctly. Thanks Susan for delivering a great course!
This was an excellent day and Richard was a very good facilitator. Very useful and interesting training day
The overall course content was excellent and very interesting. John was very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand and clear.
Thank you Fay is clearly a very accomplished and extremely experienced, credible facilitator/ trainer Great use of examples and a rich knowledge demonstrated in answering questions, Faye involved the audience carefully and made us all feel included and views/questions respected and valued I particularly liked the micro summaries and recaps at the end of each section I feel ready and excited to start taking in this type of work.
Very enjoyable and informative day Covered a lot of information and topics efficiently with well structured group sessions
I was worried about a full day for an online course but it didn't feel as long as that! It was informative and relevant to my practice. It was useful having professionals from different backgrounds.
Friendly feeling Very informative So much relevant content to reflect on.
